Family Education Program Food Purchasers

All Grades/All Programs

There will typically be more than one parent assigned to these jobs so please be in contact with them so no-one has to purchase everything.

*You need to ask room parents for a class count before buying the following:

Usually for a grade wide event (with total class size of 30 kids), you should buy 

2 dozen bagels and cream cheese ( or fruit, muffins or any combination )

1 decaf box of coffee, 1 regular box of coffee,

2 containers of Orange Juice.

paper goods – cups, plates, knives, napkins

set up and clean up

All items should be brought to the location of the program no later than 9:30 AM on the morning of the event.

Please note: Parents will only be reimbursed for expenditures over $50.00, with the first $50.00 deducted.

    Boston-area Jewish Education Program (BJEP) is an independent Jewish Sunday School / Hebrew School on the campus of Brandeis University located in Waltham, MA, for grades kindergarten through seven, serving the Boston area. Grades 1-7 meet weekly and kindergarten monthly on Sunday mornings.
