Family Education Program Food Purchasers

All Grades/All Programs

There will typically be more than one parent assigned to these jobs so please be in contact with them so no-one has to purchase everything.

Usually for a grade wide event (with total class size of 30 kids), you should buy

2 dozen bagels and cream cheese ( or fruit, muffins or any combination

1 regular box of coffee,

1 Gallon of Orange Juice,

3 dozen cookies (no nuts) for the kids

paper goods – cups, plates, knives, napkins

set up and clean up

All items should be brought to the location of the program no later than 9:30 AM on the morning of the event.

Please note: Parents will only be reimbursed for expenditures over $50.00, with the first $50.00 deducted.
