for parents to eat before the children come;

  •         One decaf, and one regular box of coffee, with cream and sugar;
  •          2 dozen bagels and appropriate cream cheese.
  •         small plates for the kids to carry home the challot they make, wax paper or saran wrap to cover the breads, or large baggies to cover the plates; a large amount of wax paper or tin foil to put on four round tables for rolling the dough and braiding the challah and several rolling pins.  It probably would also be a good idea for a person to bring a couple of cups of white flour in case the dough is sticky.

  •  3 dozen small plates or napkins for bagels
  • 3 doz. hot cold cups for coffee
  • 6 white paper/plastic tablecloths for 6 round tables for the “shabbat dinner”
  • one rectangular paper cloth for the bagels and coffee
  • 60+ small plates, 60+ napkins and 60+cups for juice.

        We will need shabbat objects for 6 tables – the coordinators should email the parents and ask that they bring these items with them to help set the tables.

  • 6 pair of candlesticks
  • 12 candles, 6 challah covers
  • 6 kiddush cups
  • 6 containers that can be used for tzedakah
  • EITHER 6 small vases with a couple of flowers in each OR 6 tall paper cups, with paper flowers in them to make a pretty shabbat table.
