Grade 4 Siddur Cover Workshop Food Purchaser

 Director will send out notification of the Workshop, including date, time and place.

Responsibility includes:

  • Coffee: buy and deliver coffee
  • Paper goods: buy and deliver plates, cups, plastic knives, napkins,
  • Purchase of bagels and cream cheese
  • Purchase of juice
  • Set up and Clean up

 On the day of the workshop, Coordinator should have lists for all classes and take attendance.  Any parent who is not present will need to be called after the program by the Coordinator.  Materials to make a cover will be organized by the Coordinator for them to come to the School Office and pick-up.  These parents will need to make Siddur covers on their own.

Parents should be made aware that the prayer books will be distributed during the Havdallah program.

Please note: Parents will only be reimbursed for expenditures over $50.00, with the first $50.00 deducted.
