GRADE 5 Israel Family Program Food Purchaser

Responsibilities for Grade 5 Israel Family Program include:

  • Purchase and delivery of juices, humus, and pita, or other “typical Israeli food” for snack during the program. (Please note: the program location may vary. Information will be sent home well before the event indicating the room. Please take note.)
  • Purchase of bagels and cream cheese
  • Purchase of coffee for parents
  • Purchase of paper goods (hot/cold cups, small plates, spoons or knives as needed, napkins). Purchaser should confirm numbers with the coordinator but the class will be about 30 students, there are 4 teachers and generally, we expect about 30 parents.
  • Set up and clean up

Please Note: Parents will only be reimbursed for expenditures over $50.00, with the first $50.00 deducted.
