Responsibilities for designated parent volunteers for Parent Meeting with Prozdor include:

Refer to the email reminder for the number of students in each class. Purchase food for parents only.

Communicate with the other parent volunteers (if assigned) to divide up these responsibilities.

Typically the following is sufficient for grades with 25-35 kids.

• 2 dozen bagels and cream cheese or muffins or donuts.
• 1 gallon of  Juice
• 2 boxes of coffee, with cream and sugar.
• Set up of paper/plastic goods (hot/cold cups), napkins, plastic knives and spoons or coffee stirrers.
• Set up and clean up

Set up should be completed not later than 9:30 AM.
