Responsibilities for designated parent volunteers for Parent Meeting with Prozdor include:

Communicate with the other parent volunteers (if assigned) to divide up these responsibilities.

Typically the following is sufficient

• 2 dozen bagels and cream cheese or muffins or donuts
• 2 dozen cookies (no nuts) or assorted fruit
• 1 gallon of  Juice
• 1 box of coffee, with cream and sugar.
• Set up of paper/plastic goods (hot/cold cups), napkins, plastic knives and spoons or coffee stirrers.
• Set up and clean up

Set up should be completed not later than 9:30 AM.
