Open House Refreshment Coordinator

Responsibilities for the Open House include:

Purchase and delivery of coffee ( One box coffee regular)
Purchase of bagels and cream cheese (1 Dozen Bagels and Cream Cheese)
Purchase of juice ( 1/2 gallon of OJ)
Purchase of plastic knives, paper plates, napkins and cups (Enough for Above) If purchasing Coffee from Dunkin Donuts they will supply cups, napkins, cream, and sugar, etc.
Set up and Clean up

All items should be brought to the location of the Open House not later than 9:30 AM on the morning of the event.

Please note: Parents will only be reimbursed for expenditures over $50.00, with the first $50.00 deducted.
